∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service, Face to Face Customer Support, Follow up and deadline, Marketing, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Telecommunication Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Receive Inbound Calls/Outbound Calls
∎ • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ • Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
∎ • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ • Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ • Age 18 to 25 years
∎ • Only Females are allowed to apply
∎ • The applicants those have experience in the following area(s):
∎ • Customer Support through Phone, Call Center will be an added advantage for the position
∎ • Must have good oral communication skills with clear voice (Bangla & English).
∎ • Should be able to handle Inbound & Outbound Calls with patience.
∎ • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (i. e. MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ • Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers.
∎ • Good interpersonal skill.
∎ • Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 11000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ We can update the salary range if you have good potentiality in this job sector.
