Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts in the government and private sector.
∎ Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the T1 and T2 partners.
∎ Coordinate with the product team on forecasting upcoming deals and projects.
∎ Process and coordinate with relevant teams to participate in tender/RFQ projects.
∎ Monitor and assess competition specs and price, and co-work with the product team to come up with the best specs and price strategies.
∎ Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
∎ Provide on-the-ground support for partner salesforce to generate leads and close new deals
∎ Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
∎ Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT sector
∎ The aggressive mindset in pursuing targets
∎ Strong existing relationship with decision-makers in government and private sectors
∎ Complete understanding of tender and RFQ process and documentation
∎ Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Experience in managing partners' sales team
