Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ L/C opening- Prepare and filing and collect various supporting documents/papers. Ensuring timely documentation of import activities.
∎ TT related works with nominated Bank.
∎ Import documents to be collected from related Bank and to be submitted/delivered to CNF Agents on time.
∎ Liaison and coordinate all activities of Customs, Bank, Agents, Vat, Income Tax, EPB, CNF, Explosive department, City Corporation, CCI, Insurance Etc.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation, record keeping and file maintaining of all official tasks.
∎ Colleting statement/Vouchers as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring Software input of commercial data in accordance with defined procedures.
∎ Regularly updating and preparing report on Shipment schedule and LC status and submitting to the authority.
∎ Maintain & organize import and export related data/documents & report weekly/monthly reporting as per company policies.
∎ Assist to commercial team for any related task and keep close coordination with co-worker and update information.
∎ To perform any other commercial related task is given by the Head of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding. Understanding of customs process, documentations and commercial activities.
∎ Strong knowledge regarding Bill of Lading, other shipping documents, Incoterms and experienced in preparing shipping documents for export and import.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Correspondence, Shipping lines & other statutory authorities, and C&F procedure for clearance of the consignment from port.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office specially Microsoft excels and ERP software.
∎ Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Skilled in Bengali and English typing.
Salary: Negotiable
