∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop process for accurate bulk production
∎ Experience on various types of screen printing
∎ Maintain 100 % Recipe
∎ Liaising with suppliers , customers ,manufacturers and factory production managers
∎ Providing technical advice to design ,marketing and production staff
∎ Devising precise bulk color reproduction process
∎ Checking products for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions
∎ Controlling production and quality standards
∎ Ensuring color fastness , accurate color reproduction , stability and durability of products
∎ Using color measuring equipment to ensure color reliability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To provide appropriate training to the juniors as and when required.
∎ Should have a leadership attitude & should be able to manage their team well.
∎ Should assist, support, motivate & praise your staff as & when required.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Sound Computer Knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Hard Working, sincere and result oriented
