Job Context:
∎ Workplace : Work at office as well as visit outside if required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target oriented and ensure the full fill of Company/business target.
∎ Following up and assuring recovery of assigned delinquent customers;
∎ Ensure proper correspondence with Regulators;
∎ To follow-up the assigned delinquent files
∎ Provide Loan / Lease Documents, statement & MIS data as per management requirements.
∎ Preparing MIS and related data for both internal & external customer
∎ Any task assigns by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Recovery, Special Asset Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Banks, NGO & other related field
∎ Office management.
∎ Ability to work as a team player.
∎ Highly self-motivated.
∎ Department Coordination
∎ Having highly negotiations skill.
∎ Negotiation Defaulter Client.
∎ Problem Solving.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Time to time coordination with Departmental and Banks for any kind of issue.
