∎ Commission is payable subject to business target achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the own target/goal given by management.
∎ Contribute to minimize NPL and maximize BL & Write off recovery
∎ Ensure 'No customer complain' culture
∎ Ensure and manage collections activities/steps
∎ Keep the record of customer communication
∎ Development of skill and remain self-motivated.
∎ Have the knowledge of circulars and policies of own Bank as well as Bangladesh Bank
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field of any reputed organization.
∎ Good Knowledge of relevant field
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Educational qualification will be considered for highly experienced candidates in this track
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission is payable subject to business target achievement.
