  • Prior experience in telehealth/healthtech platforms will be a strong advantage.

  • Knowledge of digital health technologies, EMR, and telemedicine practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provider Network Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-notch specialist doctors across multiple disciplines.
  • Maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supervision & Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of in-house doctors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor adherence to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and telehealth best practices.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Coordinate provider schedules to ensure 24/7 telehealth service availability.
  • Resolve escalated provider-related issues and ensure smooth clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance provider-user experience on the platform.
  • Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure providers comply with national health regulations and telemedicine guidelines.
  • Maintain patient safety and data confidentiality in line with digital health standards.
  • Innovation & Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to expand specialist offerings and telehealth services.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance Shukhee’s presence as a leading healthtech platform.
