• A Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree. Degree on Business Administration will be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Professional certification on CMSME credit will be an added advantage.
• 2-6 years of professional experience in the field of CMSME business/CMSME credit.
• Extensive knowledge of CMSME business, CMSME loan assessment, Credit risk management, Regulatory compliance etc.
• Proven track record in credit assessment and reduce assessment turnaround time significantly.
• Exceptional analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

• Scrutinize and evaluate CMSME credit proposals as per lending guidelines/PPG.
• Visit applicant's location for validating financials and due diligence of provided information.
• Provide recommendation of CMSME proposals to appropriate authority after analyzing financial information, credit worthiness of applicant and CIB reports.
• Ensure turnaround time (TAT) in assessing credit proposals properly.
• Maintain MIS on regular basis and generate various performance reports to CRM.
• Assist Supervisor in other activities.
