Responsibilities & Context:
  • A leading Garments manufacture and exporter. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential and versatile professionals for the above-mentioned position. 

  • Top Brand brand Buyers Direct dealings & sourcing capacity.     

  • Able to sourcing, new product development & negotiation and also able to deliver the right products at the right price on time. 

  • Must have the ability to run 100 lines of factory. 

  • Looking for prospective high-profile customers and bringing in new business that ensures solid profitability and achieve the target set by management. 

  • Handle buyer accounts independently starting from development to shipment. 

  • Oversee marketing performances of particular buyers starting from assessing a new order’s feasibility to shipment of goods. 

  • Administer cost sheet for each product, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancy and arrange missing color standard for each key account as per the requirement. 

  • liaison with commercial team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers. 

·        Establish and maintain relationships with international buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

·        Conduct regular meetings and communication with buyers to understand their needs and preferences. 

·        Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives. 

·        Collaborate with product development teams to create products that meet international buyers` expectations and standards. 

·        Work closely with product development teams to ensure new apparel products meet market demands and are positioned effectively. 

·        Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery. 

·        Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. 

·        Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
