Responsibilities & Context:
- Review cloud system infrastructure. Review and monitor cloud security and application security regularly.
- Update and maintenance of the Cloud resources .
- Provide end user (BRAC User) support related to Cloud services.
- Provide Cloud (Infrastructure) related services.
- Installation of applications, patches, or updates required.
- Cloud system support and improvement SOW - Cloud Admin.
- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Modifying and improving existing systems.
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.
- Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
- Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
- Strong Linux and Windows system administration skills, security patching, OS upgrades, backup, restore, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum availability.
- Experience in VMware and/or virtual server environment administration.
- Experience and understanding on IAM role, VPC, VPC Peering, VPN tunnel, Load balancer and Firewall.
- Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL)Ability to configure Server Monitoring tools, central log server.
- Experience on Docker and Kubernetes platform management.
- Clear understanding on Domain and hosting.
- Install SSL certificate.
- GCP cost optimization.
- Reporting and documentation.
