- The Clinic Manager should be a physician having MBBS degree.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - An additional MPH degree would be strongly preferred.
- Experience in hospital management would be also preferred.
- A female physician would get priority.
- Should have 5 years’ experience as GP or clinic manager in private sector/NGO managed hospital/clinics
Responsibilities & Context: - Overall management of the center. Monitor activities and supervise the work of supervisee staff and provide on-site technical assistance (hands on training).
- Assist/contribute in developing and or introducing QA system for providing quality services to the clients.
- Develop and implement a strategy to reach the poor and involve the community in the management of the clinic.
- Ensure all other systems are in place and well-functioning, e.g., management information, personnel management, logistics management, financial management etc.·
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the center·
- Closely work with the Project Manager and other key staff for smooth running of the center·
- Organize monthly management and technical staff meeting to review the progress in reaching the contract conditions and identify potential problems and develop actions for further improvements·
- Coordinate with other service providers to establish functional linkages and referral system.·
- Ensure strong leadership in team management and team development.
- Ensure team spirit commitment morale and inter-team relationship·
- Hold staff coordination meeting and ensure recording of important decisions·
- Arrange replacement of team member during his/her absence for smooth functioning of clinic.·
- Ensure proper orientation of new team member.·
- Ensure and timely conduct appraisal of all team members.·
- Ensure that assigned SDPs maintain UPHCSDP II/GoB clinical quality standards and protocols.·
- Be thorough in understanding the UPHCSDP II standard of QoC and be able to implement all necessary steps detailed in the standards.·
- Ensure regular QoC meetings and document important decisions.·
- Ensure clients exit interviews reviewing of clients’ comments book and discuss and plan activities for improvements in quality meetings.·
- Be familiar with the technical standards checklists and ensure proper use.·
- Ensure that all activities related to MS, MSI, Donors and GoB are complied with and reporting requirements are followed by all SDPs.·
- Ensure that all forms and formats are correctly and completely filled up.·
- Ensure QoC monitoring as per UPHCSDP II guidelines.·
- Strictly ensure following of infection Prevention (IP) procedures at the SDCPs.·
- Identify gaps or breech in quality aspect and take necessary action.
- Ensure adequate client satisfaction.
