Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through phone, email, and Online communication channels.

  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments for skin care, aesthetic, and laser treatments.

  • Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.

  • Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maintaining accurate records of appointments.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered and address any additional needs or concerns.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate customer requests, resolve issues, and optimize service.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments to drive business growth.
