• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and optimize overall performance.

• Oversee and provide support to staff, therapists, and support personnel, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols and professional standards in all services provided.

• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a consistently high level of service quality.

• Oversee the skincare product inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring timely reordering.

• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive customer engagement and product sales.

• Track and analyze product sales, identify trends, and develop strategies to boost sales of skincare products and services.

• Generate operational performance reports, sales data analysis, and financial progress reports, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, health & safety standards at all times.

• Manage the scheduling systems to streamline customer flow, reduce wait times, and optimize client satisfaction.
