Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing daily operations for the skincare and beauty service division, ensuring smooth workflows and optimizing performance.
∎ Oversee, and support the staff, therapists, and support personnel.
∎ Ensure adherence to hygiene and professional standards.
∎ Address customer concerns and ensure high-quality services.
∎ Monitor service delivery to ensure personalized and professional customer experiences.
∎ Oversee skincare product inventory, maintain stock levels.
∎ Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive customer engagement and product sales.
∎ Track product sales, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost sales of skincare products and services.
∎ Generate reports to track operational performance, sales data, and financial progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health & safety standards.
∎ Manage scheduling systems to optimize customer flow and minimize wait times.
