Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Relationship Manager to establish and maintain trusting relationships with our customers. We`ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competitors and keep our company`s positive image.
∎ To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator who can collaborate with the Relationship Manager as well as build rapport with students. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Furthermore, we expect you to train our Relationship Managers.
∎ Finally, you will build strong relationships with our company`s clients in order to boost our brand and profits in the long run.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, effectively communicating the institution's offerings, program details, and benefits of the IELTS training programs.
∎ Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate smooth and efficient enrollment procedures.
∎ Guide clients through the enrollment process, explaining the registration requirements, payment options, and necessary documentation.
∎ Assist clients in completing registration forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
∎ Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility.
∎ Regularly follow up with clients to address any concerns, provide updates on upcoming courses, and ensure a positive experience throughout their training.
∎ Proactively engage with clients to understand their progress, offer encouragement, and celebrate milestones achieved.
∎ Focus on client retention and loyalty by establishing strong relationships, offering personalized support, and demonstrating the value of the institution's training programs.
∎ Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of IELTS test requirements, scoring criteria, and effective preparation strategies.
∎ Share relevant information with clients and colleagues to provide value-added insights and support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk management, Client Service, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Require experiences in Telecom industry, bank, or in multinational company.
