∎ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student visa counselling for countries such as Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Malaysia, UK, and Ireland.
∎ Experience in education counselling, student consultancy, study abroad programs, student counselling, student recruitment, student admissions, and student visa processing.
∎ Candidates with a foreign degree will be given preference.
∎ Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
∎ IELTS scores are highly preferred.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with outstanding communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated traits of politeness, patience, honesty, and loyalty to work.
∎ Encouraged to have a long-term commitment to employment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide in-depth counselling to students from the very beginning, helping them understand the study-abroad process and make informed decisions about their education and career goals.
∎ Guide students in choosing the right country, subject, destination, area, university, and scholarships based on their academic background and career aspirations.
∎ Assess the student’s profile to ensure their educational qualifications, English proficiency, and other prerequisites match the admission requirements of their desired university and country.
∎ Guide students through the application process, including filling out forms, preparing necessary documents, and submitting applications to universities.
∎ Assist in drafting a Statement of Purpose (SOP) tailored to the student’s profile and the specific requirements of the university and country.
∎ Prepare students for interviews, including university admission interviews and visa interviews.
∎ Provide guidance on the visa process, including requirements, documentation, and scheduling visa appointments.
∎ Share extensive knowledge about specific countries, including their culture, lifestyle, geographic areas, and living standards, to help students adapt to their new environment.
∎ Stay informed about the admission policies of competitors, partners, and other universities to provide up-to-date and relevant advice.
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops, informational meetings, and support groups to educate students about study-abroad opportunities.
∎ Maintain and build strong relationships with students and clients, ensuring ongoing support throughout their journey.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions, documents, and applications for efficient follow-ups and tracking.
∎ Exhibit a high customer service mindset with proactive sales and cross-sales strategies to convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
∎ Utilise digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to effectively carry out responsibilities and enhance outreach efforts.
∎ Be active, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets and deliver exceptional results.
