Job Context:
∎ As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of RI building at your allocate location with service-mind manner. Arrange appropriated support and assist to customer consider age, gender and culture sensitivity. Responsible for all customer overall wellness. Arrange and create a safe and friendly environment in all RI buildings. You will get more detail orientation from Hostel Assistant.

∎ Expected Start Date: January 1, 2020.
∎ Contract length: December 31st, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day take care of building premises cleanliness and are met standard hygiene for everyone healthy
∎ Ensure that the cleaning materials are kept in the store in a proper way having proper ventilation
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness of self and wear personal protective measures during duty
∎ Housekeeping of customer beds and staff house
∎ Decorate RI building to be safe, hygiene and friendly
∎ Adhere to RI building conduct policies
∎ Be responsible stewards of RI property
∎ Maintain confidentiality, privacy and security of staff and customer information at all times
∎ Contribute to a productive and respectful work environment
∎ Need to sign attendance register everyday
∎ Duty hour will be 8 hours per day
∎ Daily report to Hostel Assistant of duty
∎ Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International key policies and Code of Conduct.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor .

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
