Experience:
Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.
Public University graduates shall be preferred.
Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.
Conduct engineering surveys for the selected roads and other structures including Box girder and PC girder bridges etc.
Provide inputs into the design process prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.
Having experience in piling work.
Geometric design standards for hilly terrains.
Slope stability analysis.
Roadway alignment specifications, considering the terrain.
Grading requirements for hills and slopes.
Comprehensive measures for landslide prevention and control.
Soil erosion control strategies, especially in areas prone to heavy rainfall.
Assess the work activities for which labor-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate, establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for roads & bridges.
Storm water management guidelines.
Design of drainage systems for hilly terrain.
Measures to prevent landslides and erosion.
Construction techniques suitable for hilly areas.
Excavation and embankment

Guidelines for rock blasting if necessary.
Make any necessary changes to the design drawings as per the site conditions.
Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.
Review the contractor's work programmers, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources.
Liaison with governmental organizations on any issue that arises.
