Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise construction projects, maintenance, and renovations of projects infrastructure
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of projects facilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for civil projects
Coordinate with intercompany department and external contractors, engineers, and architects
Serve as a liaison with local authorities and community groups
Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute insights and recommendations
Provide training, and performance evaluation of civil maintenance staff if necessary
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in civil engineering and construction management
Collaborate with the design and development team to conceptualize and execute new construction projects
Develop and maintain emergency response plans for civil infrastructure-related incidents
