• Planning for Proper Progress of Project Works.

• Monitoring the Project Progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.

• High attention to Details & Accuracy.

• Extensive Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Construction Scenario.

• Extensive Knowledge on Updated/ New Building Materials.

• Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.

• Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.

• Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.

• Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
