• Must have Experience in following experience: Real Estate, Development.

• Must be stay at site.

• Must have motorcycle riding experience.

• Basic knowledge of measurement tools and techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must have knowledge Estimation.

• To supervise construction works.

• Ensure erection/construction work

• Assuring quality of erection/construction works.

• Communication with head office regarding implementation works.

• Checking received materials.

• Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Prepare estimates for making quotations as and when required

• Ensure safety on the job site.
