Education Qualification and Experience: Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a government-approved Polytechnic Institute. Minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent). Preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications related to construction supervision, drafting, or safety management. Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in construction, maintenance, renovation, or infrastructure development works. Experience in supervising civil works in educational institutions, corporate facilities, or large-scale projects will be considered an added advantage.
