• Age 18 to 32 years

1. Site Supervision:
   Monitor and supervise construction activities at the project site to ensure progress aligns with the project plan.

2. Project Planning & Execution:
   Prepare work schedules, plan project activities, and ensure effective execution within timelines and budgets.

3. Interpretation of Drawings & Designs:
   Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to guide construction work accurately.

4. Material Estimation & Procurement:
   Estimate the quantity and type of materials required and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays.

5. Quality Control:
   Ensure the quality of construction work and materials meets company standards and project specifications.

6. Coordination with Stakeholders:
   Communicate and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

7. Safety Assurance:
   Implement and monitor safety measures at the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.

8. Progress Reporting:
   Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting milestones and issues.

9. Problem Solving:
   Identify on-site issues promptly and implement practical solutions to avoid project delays.

10. Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure that construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements
