Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering (Civil) from any reputed university in Bangladesh or any country.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare material and cost estimation.
∎ Coordination with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
∎ To ensure high standard & quality of works independently.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ To ensure construction of works as per design & specification.
∎ An understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
∎ Prepare engineering analysis of projects includes preliminary design, calculation, and life cycle cost and equipment selection.
∎ Prepare technical construction specifications, BOQ and as built drawings.
∎ Supervise the construction sites and program monitoring.
∎ Perform all civil engineering works related with the implementation of projects.
∎ Have to knowledge all type of interior and exterior related works.
∎ Assist Electra- mechanical engineering teams.
∎ Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in interior & construction related work.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Experienced persons will be given preference.
∎ Efficient to monitor all types of project construction related activities.

Salary: Negotiable
