Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA Major in HRM/ or equivalent degree may be acceptable in case of highly experience applicant.
∎ PGD in HRM from an international university/ Institute will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Organizational Development, Performance & Capacity Management & Development, Ensure Management best practices as per the law of the company.
∎ Developing, maintaining, and updating Policies, forms, and formats, Employee Engagement and Relations, Employer Branding, Employee Compensation & Benefits Management, Retention, Industrial Relations, Event Management, Corporate Affairs, Develop and update Code of conduct and conflict resolution.
∎ Develop, maintain, and update SOPs and KPIs for all departments.
∎ To analyze training & Development needs and arrange training & capacity development activities
∎ Ensure periodic JD Audit to ensure a standard level of employee engagement throughout the organization.
∎ Selection and Recruitment of quality resources.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies & practices.
∎ Periodic update/modification of HR Policy considering labor law requirements.
∎ Effective implementation of HR Process on talent management, people development, performance management, career and succession planning etc.
∎ Design and implement suitable Reward & Recognition schemes to encourage and motivate good performers through Performance Appraisal.
∎ Process and prepare the HR & Administration Budget
∎ Work with senior management to address complex issues relating to areas of Industrial & employee relations.
∎ Prepare annual training development plans for all employees, based on their development needs.
∎ Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine and analyze root causes of important separations.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ Ensure overall security system of the Factory and Head Office of the group and getting weekly confidential report for onward discussion with the management regarding loophole if any
∎ Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
∎ Handling legal affairs like contract deed making, hearing of pending cases of the group by utilizing lawyers (both full times appointed & external retainers).
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers' requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Administration & Compliance.
∎ Must need to be work as an CHRO at least for 5 years
∎ Good knowledge in Labor law 2006.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
