Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide Mental Health and Psychosocial Support to the children by following the interim guideline of CPSS and organization.
∎ Accomplish and ensure the corner-based different activities at MPC.
∎ CPO will maintain child-wise individual evaluation form, attendance, Master register and Kobo for the proper documentation of the MHPSS activities.
∎ Assist in implementation of Adolescent program.
∎ Organize mobile CFS activates at working area.
∎ Organize monthly meeting with Parents.
∎ Organize and arrange MPC based simulative and recreational activates (IPT, Peer Group session, Day observation)
∎ Assist CPS in different program arrangement and execution and data collection for different reports and papers.
∎ Set the cornerwise material for children.
∎ Information collection and file up of vulnerable children and refer to case management.
∎ Ensure the quality services in MPC adhere the child safe guarding policy and code of conduct.
∎ Need to provide weekly assessment report of corner.
∎ Provide requisition to Center Manager for corner-based material and maintain properly.
∎ Daily Shed visit for ensuring the presence of targeted children at MPC
∎ Submit work plan and accomplishment report to CPS
∎ S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

∎ Able to speak and understand local language.
∎ Must have the knowledge of Computer
∎ Report writing skill
Salary: Tk. 34400 (Monthly)
