∎ Master's degree preferably in Social Science/ Law or technical certification in CP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ We need a dynamic individual who has experience in understanding the local context (development & humanitarian) & demonstrate experience as a development practitioner in strategic planning, monitoring and implementation.
∎ 5-7 years of experience in senior management position especially in the field of CP in any development organization is highly desired. The person must have high-level knowledge of CP standards and be able to provide CP training at a level mandated by Plan -therefore experience in previous CP positions and an ability to train and ensure compliance with CP policies will be key. Experience with CP program design, implementation and monitoring will be especially desirable.
