Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect information about the community children from their families and organize them in a correct and quality manner by following sponsorship policies, guidelines, and standards, as assigned by Area Team Leader, and preserve all necessary data/files in a secure manner;
∎ Under the supervision of the Area Team Leader (ATL), manage the correspondence process of delivery/reception to/from the project to the Sponsorship Relations Officer;
∎ Collect from the children the required correspondence pieces, with the support of the Animators;
∎ Translate the child correspondence pieces, ensure they meet program quality standards and are free from errors and inconsistencies, with the support of the ATL and Sponsorship Relations Officer;
∎ Ensure the area correspondence packages are received/sent in a secure manner, timely, and protect children's information;
∎ Develop and keep all kinds of child-related files updated, such as child personal files, child event files, materials distribution register, grade wise community base child information, health record file, etc.;
∎ Organize and conduct regular home visits to encourage the children and their parents/guardians and keep records of them;
∎ Develop, organize and lead the Area's child events (i.e. Sports Day, Sponsorship Day,
∎ Christmas Program, etc.) and create a good teamwork environment with all project staff;
∎ Under the supervision of the ATL, organize and monitor the project's ECDC (Early Childhood Development Center), and adolescent/child club activities by ensuring program standards are met and providing the ATL with ideas for improving child activities in the community;
∎ Network and build strong relationships with local schools (teachers, principals, etc.) and government officials to increase their ownership, responsibility, and involvement in developing and protecting the children in the community;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working in child sponsorship programs/activities such as translation, writing reports and success stories in English, child family surveys, running child clubs, overseeing adolescent activities, etc.

∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, ability to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
