Job Context:
∎ Based at the Bangladesh Country Office
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for Child Data Specialist. The purpose of the position is to design and develop campaign strategy to support achievement of Plan International Bangladesh`s campaign goals that supports the organization`s strategic vision and change journey.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop periodical sponsorship communication plans and schedules for product collections from the field
∎ Develop the product uploading and development plans and controls the quality of the outsourced deliveries
∎ Updates and reconciles Child Data inputs for ensuring reliability and validity data
∎ Ensure the availability of sponsorship business documents for meeting the compliance requirements
∎ Generate periodical reports from the system for internal and external management decisions

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' experience in sponsorship management in an INGO. S/he must be an advanced level user of Microsoft Office package with an understanding about database management system.
