Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet or exceed revenue targets.
∎ Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels, to grow TallyKhata's presence in Bangladesh.
∎ Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies, leveraging both direct and indirect sales approaches.
∎ Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through exceptional service and product enhancements.
∎ Revenue Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer data, and financial reports to provide accurate revenue forecasts and insights.
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster growth and collaboration.
∎ Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue generation efforts.
∎ Budget Management: Manage and optimize the sales and marketing budget to achieve revenue goals efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a leadership role, preferably in the FinTech or technology sector.
∎ Strong understanding of the financial services industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute revenue strategies.
∎ Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
∎ Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
