Education:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a recognized institution.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Knit Industry Management (KIM) from BRAC University or PGD in Garment Business (GB) from IBA, University of Dhaka will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily knit dying operations to satisfy client requirements and delivery schedules.
∎ Track output, efficiency, downtime in production KPIs and apply corrections to keep things always improving.
∎ Maximize output by optimizing machine use (soft flow, HTHP, jet dyeing machines) and controlling workflow.
∎ Guarantee consistent shade matching;
∎ Accept lab dips and bulk production samples Strict quality control at every process level will help to meet buyer criteria and keep low rejection rates.
∎ Search and fix quality problems using root cause analysis and corrective action.
∎ Make sure every process follows Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer codes of conduct.
∎ Oversaw ETP activities and made sure all dyeing effluent satisfied DoE and global environmental criteria.
∎ Encourage a safe culture by leading frequent risk assessments and safety drills.
∎ Oversaw, coached, and inspired a group of operators, support staff, and supervisors.
∎ Plan frequent performance assessments and support skill development initiatives.
∎ Encourage a disciplined, cooperative workplace.
∎ waste and lower costs by controlling dye and chemical inventory.
∎ Track and maximize utility consumption—water, steam, electricity—per kilogram of fabric dyed.
∎ Create and oversee production budgets;
∎ examine deviations;
∎ carry out cost-cutting programs.
