∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Supply Chain, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Management of the company and manage multi-year strategic planning of the company
∎ Working together with key participants to compile the budget
∎ Spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction
∎ Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals
∎ Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses
∎ Reducing financing costs and market returns
∎ Ensure efficient and timely procurement of raw materials and machinery
∎ Continually manage trade price to maximize profitability in addition to identifying and discontinuing loss making products
∎ Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
∎ Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years of experience in any manufacturing or Trading company with at least 5 years' experience in senior role with significant engagement in developing and delivering business.
∎ Clear, Strategic Vision, with an ability to perceive incipient trends and manage change creatively
Salary: Negotiable
