* Managing internal and external relationships including meeting with key stakeholders and engaging with shareholders.

* Operate production and steps behind activities of operations, planning, marketing, implementation, and analysis of

fashion design campaigns & ensures campaigns are aligned with established branding guidelines.

* Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the company.

* Setting the tone for the company's work culture and embodying the company's vision.

* Monitor maximum machine utilizations to pick target of the company day/month and Strictly monitoring the profit management with cost control. Make the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

* Monitor financial performance and make strategic adjustments as necessary then report on the company’s financial and operational performance to the Board and stakeholders.

* Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business growth.

* Works closely with other executives such as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources to create budgets, assess investment risks and manage payroll, benefits, and hiring.

* Preparing employees as per standard of the organization and Setting environment for employee's corporate performance by collaborating with the leadership team.
