Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive the growth of Dhaka Stream`s media, IT, and research initiatives.
Technology & Innovation: Leverage expertise in programming, cybersecurity, AI, and networking to support digital transformation.
Youth Engagement & Training: Oversee the development of research and training programs that inspire and equip young professionals.
Financial & Institutional Relations: Build and maintain strong connections with financial institutions, government bodies, and multinational corporations.
Social Media & Brand Presence: Actively engage on social media to promote thought leadership and enhance brand visibility.
Risk Management & Decision-Making: Assess business opportunities and make bold, strategic moves to propel the company forward.
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance productivity, and maintain high organizational standards.
Team Leadership & Organization: Ensure effective collaboration within departments and nurture a strong, performance-driven culture.
