Redfin Properties Limited is a growing property management and real estate company specializing in sourcing, acquiring, and selling residential flats across Dhaka. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Operations with a strong focus on inventory acquisition (flats sourcing), sales growth, and operational excellence.
The COO will play a critical leadership role in expanding the company’s flat inventory pipeline, strengthening developer and owner relationships, and ensuring efficient sales conversion and operational management.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase flat inventory acquisition and sales revenue.
Lead the overall Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Acquisition operations of the company.
Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and inventory acquisition targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships with developers, and property owners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with flat owners, developers, and real estate partners.
Design and implement structured systems for sourcing resale flats and new project inventory.
Ensure continuous growth of company-controlled inventory of residential flats.
Monitor inventory pipeline, availability, and conversion performance.
Lead the sales team to ensure maximum conversion of flats inventory into successful sales.
Develop pricing, positioning, and sales strategies based on market demand and trends.
Monitor sales KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
Ensure proper sales funnel management from inventory acquisition to closing.
Develop and implement SOPs for inventory management, sales operations, and client handling.
Ensure coordination between inventory acquisition, marketing, and sales teams.
Monitor daily operations and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
MBA in Marketing or Management will be highly preferred
10–15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role (COO / Head of Sales / GM / or equivalent)
Strong experience in Real Estate, especially residential flats sourcing and sales
Proven experience in inventory acquisition, developer relationship management, and sales growth
Strong leadership and team management capability
Excellent negotiation and business development skills
Deep understanding of Dhaka residential real estate market
Strong network with flat owners, developers, and real estate stakeholders
Target-driven with proven track record of achieving revenue growth
Ability to build scalable sales and operational systems
