Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Educational requirement may be relaxed for candidates having graduation in other relevant subject with an excellent experience and competency on the subject field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development or Operation Management, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and organize a strong operational team, oversee quality assurance, compliance and related activities of a state of the art woven garments factory.
∎ Develop and ensure long lasting relationship with world class direct buyer
∎ Ensure total quality management through best operating practices and procedures and also need to set up effective quality procedure to meet the requirements of renowned global brand buyers.
∎ Will be required to provide viable plans for maximizing profitability as well as business development and growth provided regular timely and accurate management reports to the board of directors.
∎ Need to lead, control and manage the overall operation of the garments business management and garments factory operations.
∎ Monitor and supervise marketing/buyer handling/ commercial/financial operation of the garments business.
∎ Take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ Implement cost control policy in every stage of production so that production cost is reduced.
∎ Posses Excellent Leadership capability to lead the garments in all aspects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have in depth knowledge on overall RMG Industry (mostly lingerie & Knit)
∎ Experienced on full Factory manufacturing operations
∎ Good negotiations skills
∎ Experienced in handling world class direct buyers
∎ Confident, value driven and dynamic leader
∎ Must be target and profitability oriented
∎ Demonstrate the ability to problem solving and managing all business situations effectively.
∎ Strong communication skills both in Bengali & English
∎ Strong leadership and complete business management skills
∎ Required knowledge to work with ERP platform with adequate ICT literacy

Salary:
