Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The suitable candidate will be Responsible to prepare Strategic planning & Implement all those to achieve the goals of the organization
∎ Will be responsible for overall Sales, Marketing, production oversee the all activities and affairs of the Agro division.
∎ Overseeing to develop & expand new market area, increase the sales volume and achieve company revenue & profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Lead your sales team towards achievement of the organizational goal as well as monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target.
∎ Plan and develop sales target (ABP) and accordingly execute and achieve, monthly, fortnightly, weekly and daily business goals.
∎ Keep all updated market information about feed and chicks, existing and up- coming competitors including product and market trends, opportunities and also plan accordingly to increase sales volume.
∎ Develop and setup distribution (Dealer) channel, maintenance and monitor dealers on regular basis.
∎ Develop and implement a distinctive business strategy to improve current business status, business plan for company's long-term sustainability and short-term quantitive/qualitative achievement.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales, marketing and work to improve sales skill and product knowledge for whole sales team.
∎ Establish and adjust selling price by monitoring costs and competition, supply and demand.
∎ Recommendation to strategic plan and review, preparing and completing the effective action plan for the sales and marketing department.
∎ Determine KPI, objective and follow up progress completing with the strategic target and mission of the Company.
∎ Overseeing organizational policy, strategy and initiatives to advance the Poultry, Breeder farm & Agro organization.
∎ Streamlining the products with the assessment of profitability & focusing attention on the profitable product.
∎ Maintain all farm requirement like as feed, medicine, vaccines, vitamins, disinfectant & others requirements arrangement issue.
∎ Coordinate & advice for the flow of all materials, incoming and out-going, and execute the standard operating procedures of all areas at the Feed mill.
∎ Support, Train & develop fish & poultry feed technical team to Design, implement and facilitate annual sales and technical plan.
∎ Report & delegate information and submission of the routine and operational report and plants to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Experience in managing feed mill, Farm & Hatchery, Sales division.
∎ Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
∎ Commitment to work with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to deliver effective product guidelines for multiple projects at a time.
∎ Experience in overseeing Marketing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on ERP based MIS reporting.
∎ Should have positive mentality for frequent visit outside Dhaka.
