As one of the leading Poultry & Fish feed manufacturers, we are planning to expand nationwide Poultry/Fish/Cattle Feed, Sales & Marketing network with young, Dynamic & result oriented personnel. Candidates willing to take challenges are requested to apply for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand new market areas and increase sales volume for Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed.

• Develop new dealers, retailers, and large farmers; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through proper planning, route management, and execution.

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate with the field marketing team under the guidance of the Head of Marketing & Sales.

• Execute all marketing activities as per company policy, monthly plan, and promotional strategy.

• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and brand presence in the assigned territory.

• Coordinate with Technical Service team to support customers when technical issues arise.

• Follow up on sales collection, dealer outstanding, and market credit discipline.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales & market reports on time.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
