∎ CVC Finance Limited invites applications from qualified dynamic professionals for the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO), who will lead the Company to support its business goals following all regulatory compliance as well as driving new businesses and introducing new revenue streams. The COO`s responsibilities also include assisting the Managing Director and CEO to execution of business strategies set by Board of Directors, providing support to the Board of Directors as the Company Secretary and developing high quality complaint plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the company.
∎ Location Corporate: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Operational activities of the company.
∎ Act as a company secretary
∎ Supervises Company Secretariat & IT department, all operations staff and exerts effective team building.
∎ Prepares reports on a weekly and monthly basis relating to overall status of the company comprising of branch operations and whether or not objectives are being met
∎ Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad organizational goals and growth objectives in consultation with MD & CEO.
∎ Develops and implements procedures and controls to ensure security and accountability and accurate information flow within the organization.
∎ Participates in the design of hardware and software systems to assist in the smooth and efficient flow of information.
∎ Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations.
∎ Drive an agenda of innovation & digital enhancement for the org.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible Banking or NBFI and Operations work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in an executive leadership capacity.
∎ A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, IT Operation, Company Secretariat work, Credit card processing, quality assurance, regularity reporting & Digital Business
∎ Experience implementing Credit Card products and services in a maturing market, and be able to lead creative service delivery in a sustainable manner, in areas with limited infrastructure.
∎ Demonstrated ability to: understand/analyses performance /production data to identify improvement opportunities, manage complex projects that impact operations effectively and within time and budget; ensure policies, procedures, risk parameters and guidelines of organization are met
∎ Good understanding of and commitment to the structure, mission, core values and motivation as expressed in the ability to incorporate the mission and values in the work area.
∎ Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Interested in process improvement.
