Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Advise executives and clients on Marketing and merchandising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promote the attributes of goods and services.
∎
∎ Coordinate production involving specialized activities within time and budget constraints.
∎
∎ Ability to Plan, develop and organize marketing, as per the company policy.
∎
∎ Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
∎
∎ Determine delivery timelines and order of execution for all orders in the manufacturing line in collaboration with planning managers.
∎
∎ Candidates having experience in managing Merchandising & Marketing activities of export-oriented Sweater products in reputed manufacturing companies and dealing with Europe, USA, UK & Spain buyers.
∎
∎ Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎
∎ Ensure that ethical conduct and business practices are adhered to the organization's standards and values.
∎
∎ Coordinate meetings locally and internationally.
∎
∎ Work closely with the factory Merchandiser to ensure Pre-Production and raw materials.
∎
∎ Technically sound enough to do the risk analysis.
