Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting with no third division in any academic examinations. The candidate will be given preference with professional degrees like CA/CMA/CFA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for the financial and risk management operations including development of financial and operational strategy, monitoring of control systems designed to preserve the NBLSL's assets and reporting of accurate financial results. Responsibilities will be but not limited to:
∎ Asset/Liability management
∎ Profitability, cost analysis and cost control
∎ Financial planning, Budgeting, forecasting and control
∎ Strategic business planning
∎ Revenue & capital expenditure management
∎ Risk management operation
∎ Designing & implementing effective management information system (MIS)
∎ Tax strategy & operation
∎ Internal/external financial reporting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years relevant practical experience in accounts, finance and taxation in reputed brokerage house or merchant bank. Experience may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
∎ Age Limit: Not over 40 years. Age may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
