• Master`s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. Professional certification such as FCA/FCMA is required.

• Experience: At least 15 years of experience in finance & Accounting with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role (DGM/GM) in a healthcare or related industry. Previously experienced as the CFO or Head of Finance & Accounts in a listed company is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance specific to the healthcare industry. Expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational finance.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead the financial operations of our hospital. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the hospital`s financial performance to support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a robust financial strategy that aligns with the hospital`s goals. Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board of directors to support decision-making and long-term planning.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance against objectives and provide actionable insights to enhance financial outcomes.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, financial standards, and corporate governance practices.

• Operational Finance: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial records, implementing best practices in financial management.

• Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability. Evaluate and pursue investment opportunities to support hospital growth and development.

• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ensure the team is well-equipped to meet the hospital`s financial needs.
