∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Budgetary Control, Cost Management, Financial Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partnering with employees and Board of Directors to drive financial transparency, making strategic decisions relating to business & finance and identifying new opportunities.
∎ Responsible to oversee the overall Finance & Accounts and Commercial Departments of Group to establish and monitoring financial control, product cost and variance analysis & control, business analysis and commercial management.
∎ Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly and weekly management reporting and yearly statutory auditing processes and Department wise performance trends.
∎ Provide clear insights into business development and financial performance relating to corporate goals.
∎ Ensure proper controls are in place and monitor compliance with the Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial reporting process.
∎ Independently lead and manage the Finance Associates to ensure daily accounting work & processing disbursements are performed in an efficient manner.
∎ Review monthly balance reconciliation, bank reconciliation, fixed assets schedule and ensure they are properly done before submitting to authority.
∎ Ensure that the meetings for Subsidiary, audited accounts and tax filings are filed according to local statutory deadlines.
∎ Closely work with marketing, planning and supply chain departments to confirm proper control has been taken place by the concerned departments to secure monthly and yearly targets.
∎ Implement yearly and revised budgeting system to establish budgetary control.
∎ Make project analysis for new opportunities and negotiating to the bank for project finance.
∎ Maintain banking relationships & represent the company with investment bankers and investors.
∎ Oversee the issuance of financial information and report financial results to the board of directors
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
∎ Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ Ensure cash flow is at the optimum level for the organization’s operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as CFO or relevant role
∎ In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software’s
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills
∎ Candidates who do not meet the criteria need not apply

Salary: Negotiable
