Job Context:
∎ Job type: Contractual (subject to annual renewal based on annual performance evaluation)

∎ Location of job: Based in Dhaka (with occasional field travel)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Founding team role: recruiting new team members;
∎ Identify scopes for business expansion and optimization of the business plan;
∎ Ensuring all procedures and processes are in place.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ General: The candidate should have experience in starting up new businesses. The candidate should have at least 5-10 years' experience in a business organization of which at least 3-5 years as CEO/or in a senior management position.
∎ Specialization: Experience should cover social entrepreneurship, startup development, public health, drinking water supply etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local market and understanding of the Bangladesh business environment at national and local level
∎ Strong understanding of business finance and performance management principles and change management principles
∎ Experience in team management
∎ Interest in and affinity with social business development and water supply services
∎ Contract management with suppliers and contractors
∎ Relationship management with high-profile (international) stakeholders
∎ Familiarity with marketing and PR
∎ The CEO will be below 40 years old and should be a Bangladeshi national.
