Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CEO will be responsible to oversee support functions across marketing, operations, finance, risk, regulatory aspects etc.
∎ CEO will work closely with the Board to provide strategic leadership to the organization along with overseeing the implementation and steering the organization to its next stage of growth and development.
∎ CEO will closely interact with the Board and will be a part of the decision making committee on future growth and development of the organization.
∎ CEO will lead the product development and business initiatives.
∎ CEO will manage competition and threats in the marketplace with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy and strategic priorities.
∎ Drive day-to-day operations.
∎ Proactively mitigate business, operational and governance risks.
∎ Have to provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales and product.
∎ Regularly report updates to Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic priorities, and collaborate with Board of Directors to accelerate progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or Engineering is preferred.
