Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearheading EBIT / EBITDA, Sales & marketing, logistics and production / Quality for the unit.
∎ Developing business strategies for gaining market share within the Beverage Industry in alignment with CCBL's (Coca-Cola Bangladesh Limited) goals and initiatives.
∎ Ensuring alignment of teams and activities for delivery of financial and non-financial results for Abdul Monem Limited.
∎ Driving and embedding S&OP Process within the business to harness potential savings and productivity gains.
∎ Helping the business generating the expected level of operating profit while maintaining a healthy balance sheet of the business.
∎ Streamlining processes for vendor management to achieve required service levels.
∎ Developing capability of all the interdepartmental functions, implementation of RED (Right Execution Daily - a routine execution methodology) through in outlets activation, a RTM strategy for better logistics solution.
∎ Conceptualizing Net Revenue and Gross Profit and gaining market share through vertical growth.
∎ Developing and designing a robust warehousing and distribution network, transitioning from traditional setup to the best in industry practices and processes.
∎ Strategizing supply chain to ensure operations starting from import of raw materials to delivery of finished products to consumers are aligned as per company's annual business plans and sales targets.
∎ Ensuring compliance regarding transportation/legal and resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution & statutory compliance.
∎ Managing the achievement of commercial execution metrics consisting of Cooler deployment and management, Digital Ecosystem Development, Rural Expansion, Numeric Distribution, Weighted Distribution and trade marketing activities.
∎ Partnering with Coca-Cola Bangladesh Limited (CCBL) to design the below the line marketing plan and to bring support from CCBL through prudent discussion and negotiation.
∎ Helping the sales and marketing team in achieving desired volume target through marketing campaigns and trade support.
∎ Maintaining alignment with CCBL in regard to market support activities, target incentives, investment decision making and commercial execution metrics.
∎ Making proper capital expenditure decision for ensuring the availability of products, expansion of product line, modernizing production facilities and managing backward linkage
