To strengthen our team, we are seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to lead and manage all construction projects of the company.

Position Overview:

The Chief Engineer will be the key person responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all construction projects under Ghazi Realty Limited. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and effective communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction projects of the company from start to completion.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers.

• Prepare and monitor project estimations, budgets, and forecasts.

• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, local building codes, and safety standards.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational challenges.

• Maintain proper documentation, permits, and regulatory paperwork.

• Lead, mentor, and guide project engineers, site supervisors, and support staff.

• Prepare project progress reports for management and stakeholders.

• Maintain strong interpersonal communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (M.Sc. preferred).

• At least 10 years of proven experience in project management and construction supervision, preferably in real estate development.

• Strong knowledge of BNBC and regional building codes.

• Expertise in project estimation, planning, and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera) and AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
