∎ 8 to 10+ years in AI leadership, with expertise in ML, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI.
∎ Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
∎ Deep knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Proven ability to scale AI solutions and lead high-performing teams.
∎ Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.

∎ Oversee AI/ML model development, optimization, and deployment.
∎ Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalable AI solutions.
∎ Ensure AI solutions are secure, explainable, and unbiased.
∎ Develop and enforce data governance and compliance policies (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
∎ Drive AI ethics frameworks and ensure responsible AI use.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing AI team of researchers and engineers.
∎ Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for AI integration.
∎ Identify AI-driven opportunities for process automation and business growth.
∎ Represent the company in AI conferences, partnerships, and industry events.
∎ Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and regulations.Foster AI collaborations with academic institutions and industry leaders.
∎ Advocate for AI-driven business transformation and innovation.
∎ Ensure AI initiatives align with the company’s overall business strategy.
