Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials, chemicals etc.
∎ Perform the physical & chemical analysis of all kind of finished product
∎ Solution preparation for a test of crude proteins, Crude Fat, Crude Fiber, Ash, Moisture, Calcium, Salt, NPN, Urea Activity, etc.
∎ Monitoring raw materials warehouse and finish goods warehouse condition and FIFO system
∎ Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to established standards and guidelines
∎ Conduct proximate analysis, chemical tests and physical tests of raw materials and finished feeds on a regular basis.
∎ Manufacture new product with proper formula and procedure
∎ Handle and store laboratory equipment with safety and security
∎ Keep documentation of laboratory activities for reference purposes
∎ Ensure the quality of finished product and compare with standard.
∎ Perform routine calibration of lab equipment
∎ Conduct hygiene & sanitation and safe working practice for GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feed Industries, Quality Control ,CHEMIST, Lab testing and Specially experience of NIRS machine operation ( Brand FOSS).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM/Feed)
∎ Preferred to experience in the Feed Industries.
∎ Good Computer Proficiency.
