Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com / BBA (Major in Accounting) from a reputed public/private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurate Data entry into all level of accounting in the company.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries in the Tally ERP system
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation and entry into the Tally ERP system in the following day of fund transfer.
∎ Fund Flow Check & Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Monitor daily Bank deposits from different entities.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, and Balance sheet etc.) for company.
∎ Visit factory for checking the stock and the payment incurred at factory as and when require.
∎ Preparing the procedures of VAT & Income Tax Deduction at sources against payment and deposit to Govt. Treasury.
∎ Assist Head of (A&F) to handle Corporate & Employees Income Tax matter and keep liaison with Audit Firm.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of Experience in Accounts Department is required.
∎ Computer Skill: Proficient in computer operation, expert in Microsoft excel.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software.
